What is the basic principle and business model of White Label Advisory?
We are a general contractor and platform operator for the placement and invoicing of consulting services. B2B service providers such as management consultancies, auditors and IT or engineering service providers can offer their personnel at standardized conditions to meet the consulting needs of our clients.
What is the difference between White Label Advisory and other advisory platforms?
Unlike other recruitment platforms or personnel service providers, we do not place freelancers or individual contractors. In addition, we ensure financial transparency with prices known in advance and avoid the usual contractual constraints.
Is White Label Advisory a traditional management consultancy?
No. Although we come from a consulting background and understand the business, we focus on the procurement and invoicing of consulting services. As a general contractor, we are responsible from "sourcing" to "delivery" and ensure optimal project results through our advisors.
Can freelancers also become advisors at White Label Advisory?
No. Freelancers or sole proprietorships cannot register as advisors with White Label Advisory, only excellent service providers such as consulting firms, IT service providers or law firms. However, it is possible for us to enter into sales partnerships with selected freelance consultants.
What does it cost to join White Label Advisory?
Nothing. By taking over the invoicing, we finance ourselves through the margin of the standardized advisor and client rate cards per invoiced project day. This means: no monthly subscription model, no registration fee, no extra costs per offer or per user. In short: no small print.

What are the requirements for becoming a client of White Label Advisory?
None. And the best thing is: participation is free and non-binding. Whether as a registered user on our own WLA.ONE platform or via the existing procurement processes and tools: we support companies of all industries and sizes. Our clients are corporations, medium-sized family businesses, start-ups and consulting firms.
What kind of consulting needs can be advertised on the platform?
From short-term workshop support to specialist impulses and project support. Whether management consultant, developer or auditor. Clients can use our platform to advertise all types of consulting services in the fields of consulting, technology, auditing and engineering. We are also happy to take over the tendering process for our clients and present all submitted offers.
Are the daily rates at White Label Advisory cheaper than on the market?
Yes, we regularly subject our standardized prices to a benchmark. On average, our daily rates are 3% below the market level determined annually by the BDU. As our portfolio also includes consultancies that charge significantly higher daily rates in direct business, savings of up to 20-30% are also possible. Nevertheless, we recommend that our clients base their decision to award consulting services on quality and not purely on price.
Is there no "matching" algorithm - and how are offers accepted?
No - because consulting is a "people business". We therefore do not (yet) believe in fully automated "matching" mechanisms and leave the professional selection to those who know best what they need: namely our clients. Standardized hierarchy levels, daily rates and CV profiles ensure the best possible comparability.
How does White Label Advisory ensure the quality of the advice it offers?
Our advisors stand for the best consulting quality. Our consultants regularly distinguish themselves through industry awards, innovative solution concepts, employee evaluations and thought leadership. In addition, we conduct intensive discussions with all partners in advance and personally convince ourselves of their professional and personal quality.
For Advisor
What are the requirements for becoming an advisor at White Label Advisory?
First of all, all our advisors are consulting firms - not freelancers or sole traders. In addition, the consulting expertise offered must be assignable to one of our advisory services and the consulting service provided must have already been recognized in the market.
Who submits offers for consulting needs on the platform?
Offers are submitted on our platform by advisors who have been selected, checked and activated in advance by White Label Advisory. Each advisor submits an offer in their own name. The offer is accompanied by CV profiles of the personnel intended for the respective advisory requirement.
Who is responsible for the provision of services to the client?
Legally White Label Advisory. Operationally the respective advisor. All clients have a contract with White Label Advisory for the provision of advisory services. If the offer is successfully accepted, these are provided either remotely or on-site at the client's premises by the consultants of the selected consulting firm.
Why is there no commission, but a margin - and how high is it?
As we see ourselves not only as an "agent", but also as responsible for the successful implementation of the commissioned service, we only earn money if days have actually been performed and accepted. The difference between the daily rates of our clients and our advisors is therefore 15%.
Can I also work together bilaterally as a consultant after a successful project?
Of course. If a client is satisfied with the work of our advisors, both parties can also work directly with each other. Due to our extensive range of services (and our belief in transparency and a free platform economy), we refrain from bans on circumvention and exclusivity agreements.

What does a partnership with White Label Advisory involve?
We define cooperation partners as companies that would like to offer relevant products or services for our more than 100 sub-service providers via our "Advisor Ecosystem". As part of a partnership, we offer various marketing and sales cooperations in order to place our cooperation partners' offerings in a high-quality manner with the target group of advisory firms.
How can I become a cooperation partner of White Label Advisory?

Where can I find an overview of current cooperation partners of the "Advisor Ecosystem"?
As we are able to offer some exclusive conditions via our cooperation partners in the "Advisor Ecosystem", these can only be viewed by our sub-service providers via our WLA.ONE platform. However, we are happy to present ideas for possible cooperation to interested partners in a personal meeting. We also provide regular updates on our website and our blog when we work with new cooperation partners.
How much does it cost to participate in the "Advisor Ecosystem" of White Label Advisory?
The costs for participation in White Label Advisory's "Advisor Ecosystem" are to be agreed individually between the partner and White Label Advisory and range from the agreement of a sales commission to the booking of various marketing and sales packages.
Can I become a partner of White Label Advisory as a freelancer?
Yes, we also enter into sales partnerships with freelance consultants. We support each other with potential project inquiries or recommendations. However, registration as a freelance consultant on our platform and participation in tenders is not possible due to the positioning of White Label Advisory and the nature of the associated project tenders.
