MTU Aero EnginesAviation · Procurement of specialised consulting services
From request to qualified offers within days.
MTU Aero Engines needed external consulting support at short notice for several projects. The requirements were technically specific, and the time available to find suppliers was limited.
WLA took over the procurement process: the need was specified together with MTU, suitable consultancies were identified from WLA's own network, and 3 to 5 comparable offers per tender were collected within a few days, all providers pre-vetted for quality.
Approaching several vetted providers in parallel created competition and led to market-appropriate terms. At the same time, MTU gained a structured overview of the relevant consulting market. Individual outreach cannot provide that transparency.
