Everything You Need to Know.
Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about White Label Advisory, for companies and consultancies.
General Questions
Platform, model, scope — and who can join.
We are general contractors and platform operators for the mediation and billing of consulting services. B2B service companies such as management consultancies, auditors, and IT or engineering service providers can offer their personnel for the consulting needs of our clients under standardized conditions.
Unlike other mediation platforms or personnel service providers, we do not broker freelancers or sole proprietors. We also ensure financial transparency with pre-known prices and do away with any usual contracting obligations.
No. While we come from consulting and understand the business, we focus on the mediation and billing of consulting services. As general contractors, we are responsible from sourcing to delivery and ensure optimal project outcomes through our advisors.
No. Freelancers or sole proprietors cannot register as advisors at White Label Advisory, but only excellent service companies such as consulting firms, IT service providers, or law firms. However, it is possible for us to enter into sales collaborations with selected freelance consultants.
Nothing. We handle invoicing and finance ourselves through the margin of the standardized advisor and client rate cards per billed project day. There is no subscription, no registration fee, and no extra cost per offer or per user.
For Companies
From briefing to award — how the process works for you.
None. Participation is free and non-binding. Through our platform WLA.ONE or via existing procurement processes and tools, we support companies of all industries and sizes. Our clients include corporations, medium-sized family businesses, startups, or consulting firms.
From short-term workshop support to expert impulses to project assistance. Whether management consultant, developer, or auditor: through our platform you post consulting briefs across consulting, technology, auditing, or engineering. We can also run the bidding process for you and present the offers we receive.
Yes. We regularly benchmark our standardized prices. On average, our daily rates are 3% lower than the market level determined annually by the BDU. Since we also feature consultancies in our portfolio that charge significantly higher daily rates in the direct business, savings of up to 20-30% are also possible. Nevertheless, we recommend that our clients decide on the awarding of consulting services based on quality rather than solely on price.
No, because consulting is a people business. We therefore do not yet believe in fully automated matching mechanisms and leave the technical selection to those who know best what they need: our clients. Standardized hierarchy levels and daily rates ensure the best possible comparability.
Our advisors stand for the best consulting quality. Through industry awards, innovative solution concepts, employee evaluations, or thought leadership, our consultancies regularly stand out. In addition, we conduct intensive discussions with all partners in advance and personally ensure their technical and personal quality.
For Consultancies
Onboarding, mandates and how we market you.
All our advisors are consulting companies, no freelancers or sole proprietors. In addition, the offered consulting expertise must be assignable to one of our advisory services, and the provided consulting service must have already been recognized in the market.
Offers are submitted by advisors who have been previously selected, vetted, and enabled by White Label Advisory. Each advisor submits an offer in their name. Relevant documents of the personnel intended for each consulting need are attached to the offer.
Legally, White Label Advisory. Operationally, the respective advisor. All clients hold a contract with White Label Advisory for the provision of consulting services. These are provided either remotely or at the client's location by the consultants from the selected consulting firm when an offer is successfully chosen.
Of course. If a client is satisfied with the work of our advisors, both parties can also work together directly. Due to our extensive service offerings and our belief in transparency and a free platform economy, we do not impose circumvention bans or exclusivity agreements.
The Right Step. For Both Sides.
